Job Title: MSD 365 CRM Functional Lead

Experience Required: 7 to 12 Years

Employment Type: C2H

Work Mode: Remote

Time zone/Shift: EST Shift (6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MSD 365 CRM Functional Lead with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service Module), business analysis, solution design, and enterprise-scale CRM implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing complex integrations, large-scale data migration projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define functional and technical requirements for mapping field/entry data from multiple source systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM
Collaborate with Technical Architects, project managers, developers, and stakeholders to design and deliver effective CRM solutions
Conduct detailed business analysis to understand customer service processes and business requirements
Design functional solutions using Dynamics 365 CE capabilities integrated with Contact Center applications and self-service portals
Configure Dynamics 365 CE applications based on business requirements
Support integration requirements involving Contact Center applications, self-service portals, ERP systems, and payment gateways
Ensure seamless functional integration and data flow across enterprise systems
Support and deliver end-user training programs to improve adoption and system utilization
Provide ongoing functional support, enhancements, and optimization for Dynamics 365 CE solutions
Lead requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and large-scale CRM implementation activities
Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation including designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, and best practices
Maintain strong working relationships with business users, technology teams, vendors, and project sponsors
Participate in enterprise system implementation and support activities
Work independently while adhering to organizational standards, policies, and procedures

Must Have Skills

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service Module) functional implementation
5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design
Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE projects with complex integrations
Experience as a CE Data Engineer in at least 2 implementation projects involving:
Migration of at least 10 million customer accounts
Migration of at least 1 billion transactions
Experience migrating systems where Dynamics 365 CE was tightly integrated with SAP or other non-Dynamics ERP systems in real time
Strong understanding of Contact Center applications including Telephony and IVR-based solutions
Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities including customization, configuration, and user management
Strong SQL skills with experience understanding legacy databases and data mapping into Dynamics 365
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with ERP systems and payment gateways
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Microsoft ADO Testing Module

Preferred Skills

Experience in the tolling or transportation industry
Experience working on SAP or Enterprise Business Solution projects
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies

Certifications

Candidates should be working toward one or more of the following certifications:

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230)
Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910)
Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core (MB-200)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
