Job Role
Trinetra Venture India Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior Head Chef / Executive Chef / Kitchen Head for Thyme & Whisk Restaurant, Whitefield Bangalore.
We are looking for experienced chefs who have handled large standalone restaurants, fine dining restaurants, premium veg restaurants, or high-volume multi cuisine kitchens and are confident to manage complete kitchen operations independently.
This role is suitable for candidates currently working as
Head Chef / Executive Chef / Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef in Pure Veg Multi Cuisine Restaurant / Fine Dining Restaurant / Premium Standalone Restaurant / High Volume Restaurant.
Not suitable for candidates from
Small Cafes, QSR, Fast Food, Cloud Kitchen, Catering, Small Restaurants, Tandoor-only, Chinese-only, Helper level.
Responsibilities
- Complete handling of pure veg multi cuisine kitchen operations
- Manage full kitchen team, CDP, DCDP, Commis, Helpers
- Menu planning for Indian / Chinese / Continental / Tandoor / Multi Cuisine Veg
- Control food cost, portion, wastage, and stock
- Handle purchase planning, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Maintain taste consistency and presentation standards
- Ensure hygiene, SOP, and kitchen discipline
- Coordinate with Restaurant Manager for smooth dine-in service
- Handle high volume restaurant service
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years experience in Pure Veg Multi Cuisine Restaurant
- Experience as Head Chef / Sous Chef / Executive Chef / Kitchen Head
- Must have handled large restaurant kitchen
- Strong knowledge of multi cuisine veg menu
- Experience in team handling & kitchen management
- Ability to manage independent kitchen responsibility
- Immediate joiner preferred
