Key Responsibilities
System & Hardware Administration
▸ Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, scanners, projectors, and other IT peripherals
▸ Perform hardware diagnostics — troubleshoot and resolve issues with CPUs, RAM, hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, monitors, and USB devices
▸ Manage end-to-end laptop lifecycle: procurement, imaging, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
▸ Set up and configure new employee workstations, ensuring readiness before Day 1 joining
▸ Handle printer support — driver installation, cartridge/toner replacement, network printer configuration, print queue management, and print server troubleshooting
Networking & Connectivity
▸ Manage and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure including switches, routers, access points, and firewalls
▸ Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi access points, network cables (Cat5e/Cat6), and IP address assignments
▸ Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity issues, DNS/DHCP problems, and VPN configuration
▸ Maintain network documentation including topology diagrams, IP registers, and port mappings
▸ Support video conferencing setups (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet) including audio/video device configuration
Software & OS Management
▸ Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and basic Linux environments
▸ Manage software licenses, application installations, and OS patching/updates across the organization
▸ Troubleshoot MS Office 365 suite issues (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive) for all users
▸ Configure and support email clients — Outlook setup, mail profile management, PST handling, and archiving
▸ Perform regular OS updates, antivirus/endpoint security software deployment, and patch management
User Support & Helpdesk
▸ Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries — hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues
▸ Create, modify, and manage user accounts in Active Directory including group policy, password resets, and permissions
▸ Provide prompt helpdesk support via tickets, phone, and in-person; maintain SLA for issue resolution
▸ Train and guide non-technical staff on IT tools, best practices, and security awareness
▸ Support employee onboarding — system setup, email ID creation, credential provisioning, and device handover
Security, Backup & Compliance
▸ Implement and enforce IT security policies including access controls, data encryption, and endpoint protection
▸ Monitor systems for unauthorized access, security threats, and vulnerability exposure
▸ Set up and verify automated backup schedules; perform restoration drills and maintain backup logs
▸ Maintain compliance with organizational IT policies and industry security standards
IT Asset & Inventory Management
▸ Maintain an up-to-date IT asset register covering all hardware, software licenses, and peripherals
▸ Track asset allocation, transfers, returns, and disposal; generate periodic inventory reports
▸ Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, AMC renewals, and warranty claims

▸ Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or Batch) for automation of routine tasks
▸ Prior experience in a corporate IT support or helpdesk role
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
