Full job description

Renteel is looking for a proactive and reliable Field Executive to support our property management operations in Kolkata. This is a dynamic role that involves a mix of office coordination and on-ground field visits. The ideal candidate should be energetic, comfortable traveling across the city, and possess basic sales skills to interact with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Property Verification: Visiting residential properties to verify their condition, take photos/videos, and update the management team.
Client Showings: Meeting potential clients at the property site, showing them around, and explaining the features and benefits of the asset.
Deal Closing: Engaging with clients to answer their queries, address concerns, and convince them to move forward with the rental or management agreement.
Field Tasks: Handling minor on-site coordination, document collection, and property inspections as required.
Office Support: Assisting the team with basic office tasks when not on the field.

Requirements

Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
Communication: Good verbal communication skills (Bengali and Hindi are essential; basic English is a plus).
Sales Mindset: Ability to talk to clients confidently and a basic knack for negotiation and closing deals.
Local Knowledge: Good understanding of Kolkata's geography and neighborhoods.
Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass. Prior experience in real estate or field sales is a big advantage.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
