Position Overview
The Business Development Sales Executive is the core revenue driver for Arohi Global Textiles. While marketing teams build visibility, this role is solely focused on direct revenue conversion—turning high-intent institutional leads, wholesale inquiries, and retail clothing chains into long-term commercial buyers.
We generate a substantial pipeline of qualified B2B inquiries through:
- Inbound wholesale requests via
- Regional textile trade expos and industrial network databases
- Targeted digital B2B advertising funnels
- Direct outreach campaigns to garment distributors and apparel brands
Your mission is to actively engage with these prospects, masterfully assess their supply chain requirements, pitch our comprehensive manufacturing capabilities (anchored by our Krishnanagar factory), and close lucrative bulk orders. This is a highly target-driven role where performance directly dictates compensation and career trajectory.

- Accelerate Inbound Conversion: Convert raw textile inquiries and leads into active, paying institutional clients.
- Pipeline Optimization: Maximize the yield of our existing client databases and historical leads.
- Revenue Generation: Secure bulk fabric and finished apparel production contracts to hit aggressive monthly sales targets.
- Brand Integrity: Maintain pristine, high-level corporate communication with all retail, commercial, and wholesale prospects.
Operational Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Negotiation: Reach out to qualified prospects, analyze their material/garment needs, and present tailored manufacturing and pricing proposals.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Conduct flawless pitches across corporate presentations, virtual meetings, telephonic calls, and in-person factory tours when necessary.
- Sales Funnel Management: Systematically guide clothing brands, retail chains, and distributors through the purchasing lifecycle—from sample approval to bulk contractual sign-off.
- Cross-Department Synergy: Coordinate closely with our factory operations team in Krishnanagar to ensure client product specifications, lead times, and capacity matching are flawlessly aligned before final contracts are inked.
- Account Retention: Manage post-sale relationships seamlessly to ensure predictable re-orders, establishing Arohi Global as their exclusive manufacturing partner.

4. Candidate Profile & RequirementsExperience & Education
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven track record in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, inside sales, or relationship management. Direct experience in textiles, apparel, or manufacturing distribution is a massive advantage but not mandatory if you are an elite closer.

Employment Bond & Retention Policy
To safeguard company resources, client pipelines, and the extensive training invested in our workforce, this role falls under our Operational Workforce Retention Framework.
- Bond Duration: Minimum 6 Months.
- Violation Clause: Resignation prior to the completion of the 6-month period triggers a standard financial recovery penalty ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹75,000 (covering recruitment overheads, training investment, and pipeline disruption costs), as explicitly detailed in the employment agreement.
- Notice Period: 30 days mandatory written notice with a comprehensive pipeline/client account handover to guarantee seamless operational continuity.
