Full job description

Salesforce CPQ Integration Specialist
Experience:7-10 years
Budget:150 LPM
Remote
Contract:6-12 months
Shift: 5:00pm to 2:00 Am

Core Responsibilities
1. Integration Architecture & Development
* Informatica Lead: Design and implement end-to-end integration mappings, task flows, and schedules within IICS (Cloud Data Integration & Cloud Application Integration).
* Salesforce API Management: Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
* Middleware Expert: Build robust connections between Salesforce and downstream systems like SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, or AWS using Informatica connectors.
2. Technical Strategy & Governance
* Pattern Selection: Determine the best integration pattern (e.g., Request-Reply, Fire-and-Forget, or Change Data Capture) based on business latency requirements.
* Error Handling & Logging: Build sophisticated frameworks for automated error alerts, retries, and data reconciliation to ensure no records are "lost" during transit.
* Security & Compliance: Implement secure data transmission protocols, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and encryption at rest/in transit.
3. Performance & Optimization
* High-Volume Data: Optimize Informatica mappings and Salesforce SOQL queries to handle millions of records without hitting governor limits or API quotas.
* Platform Events: Architect event-driven integrations using Salesforce Platform Events or Change Data Capture (CDC) for near real-time synchronization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* Experience: 7+ years in Data Integration, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica (IICS/PowerCenter) and Salesforce.
* Salesforce Core: Strong proficiency in Apex (Integration services), Outbound Messaging, and Salesforce Data Model.
* Database Skills: Expert-level SQL skills for data transformation and troubleshooting.
* API Knowledge: Deep understanding of JSON, XML, WSDL, and RAML. Work Model & Requirements:
The role requires working from home during the initial 3 months, primarily aligned with the night shift.
Post the initial 3 months, the candidate will work in current night shift schedule is from 5 PM to 2 AM IST, with an additional 30 minutes allocated for hand-off.while continuing in a work-from-home
setup.

Candidates may be required to report to the office for 3–4 days in a month, subject to prior notification.
A stable internet connection and reliable power backup are mandatory and non-negotiable requirements.
In case of any network or connectivity issues, candidates will be required to report to the office to ensure uninterrupted work.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
