Objectives / Deliverables:
- Objective 1: Promotional Materials Inventory Support
o Collaborate with the brand team to determine quantities, order intervals, and service
levels, and correctly identify sales representatives to whom deliverables need to be
provided to. Work with the Production Services team to make reorder and Account
Leads to take retirement decisions of deliverables necessary to fulfill CIQ process
requirements. The key goal of this objective is to maintain lower costs of inventory
materials while balancing safety stock and warehousing fees.
- Objective 2: Tactic Tracking and Withdrawal Management
o Manage the status of deliverables, oversee and manage brand Active Lists and
inventory, as well as create and execute destruction and discontinuation plans
and inventory retirement activities.
o Accountable for identifying and correcting inaccuracies on the Active Lists in
accordance with CIQ requirements. Ensure materials impacted by label changes
are correctly updated as per CIQ processes.
o Facilitate decisions to keep or destroy materials on a quarterly basis; initiate
periodic reviews for continued use of promotional materials prior to their
expiration
o Manage destruction of promotional materials for Distribute, Monitor, and
Withdrawal process by executing the actions needed for the RP Destruction
Notification, Field Destruction Notification, and Discontinuation Plan completion
o Responsible for obtaining confirmation of tactic withdrawal from External and
Internal RP contacts

- Objective 3: Audit Readiness
o Assist Marketing Operations team with coordination of all internal and/or external
audits. Locate specific deliverable information as requested by CIQ and/or FDA
auditor teams.
- Objective 4: General Operations Support
o Support the development and management of IT tools to help facilitate the current
US Marketing Operations model, such as the inventory replenishment and active list
management tools
o Support improvements for team operations
o Work with Marketing Operations team and cross-functional business partners to
identify and share best practices
- Objective 5: Process Improvement and Quality assurance
o Conduct reviews on a monthly basis to ensure the process is followed as per CIQ
requirements
o Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of issues within
processes
o Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, reduce
costs, and enhance overall productivity
Minimum Experience / Personal Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Life Science
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years print inventory management experience
Preferences:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with Customer Information Quality (CIQ) or similar quality guidelines
- US Brand Marketing experience
- Expert knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel
- Proven track record of promotional materials inventory management
- Experience working with destruction notices or a similar process
- Strong ability to manage time, work in a collaborative environment, be flexible and adapt
to change
- Effectively work as part of a cross-functional team with the ability to manage multiple
tasks and priorities
- Able to communicate complicated processes effectively and in a solution-oriented
manner
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and negotiation skills
