Job Summary
Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring work is completed according to project timelines, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety compliance on site.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor work progress and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors on site.
2. Quality Control
- Ensure construction work meets company quality standards.
- Inspect materials and workmanship regularly.
- Report any deviations or issues to project engineers or management.
3. Workforce Management
- Manage and monitor labor attendance and productivity.
- Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure discipline and smooth coordination among site teams.
4. Safety Compliance
- Ensure all workers follow site safety rules and regulations.
- Monitor usage of PPE (helmets, gloves, safety shoes, etc.).
- Report accidents or safety hazards immediately.
5. Material Management
- Track site material usage and ensure proper storage.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.
- Maintain records of material consumption and stock.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers regarding work updates.
- Ensure site documentation and records are properly maintained.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- Strong team supervision and coordination skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Good communication and reporting skills
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering OR
- Relevant experience in construction site supervision
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
