Key Responsibilities

Dishwashing & Sanitation: Wash and sanitize plates, cutlery, pots, and pans efficiently.
Kitchen Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, clean surfaces, and maintain the hygiene of the kitchen infrastructure.
Waste Management: Dispose of garbage and recyclables, ensuring all areas are organized and clean.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., dishwashers) and report any maintenance issues with equipment.
Stock Management: Clean, sort, and store dishes and kitchen equipment properly; assist in monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures, use cleaning chemicals safely, and follow Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) policies.

Required Skills & Attributes

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, work in hot/humid environments, and lift heavy items.
Time Management: Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability: Following health, safety, and sanitation protocols diligently.

Working Conditions

Environment: Fast-paced commercial kitchens (hotels, restaurants, cruise ships).
Schedule: Often involves evenings, weekends, and holidays.
