Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead to design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, Angular, and SQL Server, along with a proven ability to lead a technical team and deliver high-quality software solutions on time
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of software developers through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Design and develop high-performance web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC) and Angular.
Create and maintain SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, triggers, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to define, design, and deliver robust solutions.
Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and ensure on-time delivery.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
5–10 years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET technologies.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading or mentoring development teams.
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Angular.
Proficient in SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and architectural principles.
Experience with Git, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
