Role Summary
- Pharma4U, in partnership with CureO, is building an integrated healthcare ecosystem combining:
- Clinic-based consultations
- Telemedicine
- Pharmacy support
- Lab services
- Longitudinal care plans
- The ecosystem is powered by an advanced EMR platform.
- We are looking for patient-centric doctors to:
- Provide high-quality primary care services
- Support teleconsultations
- Participate in community medical camps
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- This role is suited for:
- Fresh MBBS graduates
- Experienced physicians comfortable with a tech-enabled care delivery model
Key ResponsibilitiesA) Clinical Care (Clinic OPD + Teleconsultation)
- Conduct OPD consultations in Pharma4U clinic locations and via teleconsultation.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common acute and chronic conditions.
- Provide evidence-based treatment plans and patient counselling.
- Identify red flags, manage emergencies appropriately, and coordinate referrals when required.
- Promote preventive healthcare, lifestyle modification, and health education.
B) Advanced EMR-Based Care Delivery (CureO Platform)
- Use CureO’s advanced EMR for:
- Structured clinical documentation, diagnosis coding, and visit summaries
- E-prescriptions and medication safety checks
- Lab ordering, results review, and clinical interpretation
- Follow-up planning, care pathways, and patient continuity
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records, ensuring clinical and legal compliance.
C) Integrated Pharma4U + CureO Ecosystem Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Pharma4U pharmacists and care teams for:
- Medication counselling and adherence support
- Repeat prescriptions and chronic medicine refills
- Appropriate OTC guidance and escalation protocols
- Support CureO programs such as:
- Chronic care plans (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, asthma, etc.)
- Preventive screening and wellness packages
- Structured follow-ups and digital patient engagement
D) Medical Camps & Community Health Programs
- Participate actively in medical camps and outreach programs organized by Pharmacy4U and CureO.
- Deliver screening, triage, consultations, and preventive counselling during camps.
- Document camp encounters and outcomes in EMR, ensuring continuity of care.
- Support conversion of camp participants into follow-up care plans when clinically appropriate.
E) Clinical Governance, Quality & Patient Safety
- Follow clinical protocols, prescribing safety, and standard treatment guidelines.
- Ensure confidentiality, patient consent, and privacy compliance.
- Participate in incident reporting and learning processes (as applicable).
- Engage in periodic quality review, audit, and clinical standardization activities.
- Contribute to patient feedback resolution and service improvement.
F) Preferred: Clinical Research / Real-World Evidence Participation
- Research participation is preferred and supported by CureO’s EMR capabilities.
- Doctors may have opportunities to:
- Contribute to observational studies, registries, outcomes tracking, or pragmatic research
- Support identification of eligible patients (as per protocol)
- Maintain high-quality documentation for structured data collection
- Participate in audit, quality improvement, and evidence generation initiatives
- Receive orientation and training in research workflows (where applicable)
- This is not mandatory, but doctors interested in research will find strong growth opportunities.
3) Eligibility & QualificationsEssential
- MBBS from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with NMC / State Medical Council
- Good clinical judgement and patient communication skills
- Willingness to use digital tools and learn the CureO EMR workflow
- Ability to work across clinic and teleconsultation formats
Desirable
- MD / DNB / Diploma in General Medicine / Family Medicine / Pediatrics, etc.
- Experience in OPD, primary care, medical camps, corporate clinics, or telemedicine
- Exposure to EMR and documentation systems
- Interest in clinical research, audits, or outcomes-based care
