Job Description – Oracle ERP (EBS & HCM) Technical Administrator Support Specialist Background

The Enterprise Systems Division requires an experienced ERP Technical Administrator Support Specialist to strengthen internal technical capacity and provide advanced third-level (L3) support across Oracle enterprise platforms.

Objective

To provide technical administration, operational support, maintenance, and optimisation services for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, and associated Oracle technologies within a complex hybrid enterprise environment.

Scope of Services

The resource will support and maintain:

Oracle Platforms & Technologies

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
Oracle BI Publisher
Oracle OBIEE
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Fusion Data Analytics / Fusion Data Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 technical support and system administration
Support upgrades, patching, and release management
Manage integrations, workflows, and middleware components
Monitor system performance, stability, and availability
Support payroll, financial year-end, and critical business cycles
Troubleshoot technical incidents and service requests
Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant system operations

Required Technical Skills

Oracle EBS administration and upgrades
Oracle Fusion HCM support
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / SOA
Oracle OBIEE & BI Publisher
PL/SQL, Java, and Shell scripting
Unix/Linux, WebLogic, Tomcat
OAM, LDAP, SSO, SSL, Load Balancing
OCI and hybrid environment support

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of Oracle ERP technical support experience
Strong experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM environments
Experience supporting enterprise production and mission-critical systems
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Note - This is a full-time onsite overseas assignment with our client. Only candidates who are willing to relocate outside India should apply.
