Inviting applications for the role of lead Consultant- Concur Senior System Administrator Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues to ensure uninterrupted service. New User Licenses/Deprovisioning: Handle the addition and removal of user accounts maintaining appropriate access levels. Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues to ensure uninterrupted service. - New User Licenses/Deprovisioning: Handle the addition and removal of user accounts maintaining appropriate access levels. - Mass Updates and Uploads: Execute largescale data updates and uploads to ensure data consistency and accuracy. - Report and Dashboard Building: Create and maintain reports and dashboards for enhanced data visibility. - Level 1 Administration and Configuration: Conduct tasks such as field creation layout changes and release review and preparation. - Support Marketing Cloud Connector: Provide support for the integration and operation of the Marketing Cloud Connector as required. - Support for Marketing Cloud Instance: Partner with the Digital Automation Manager to support the Marketing Cloud instance. - Utilize Demand Tools for Duplicate Management: Use demand tools to effectively manage and eliminate duplicate data entries.
