We design and deliver Odoo ERP solutions for businesses across the GCC — spanning trading, manufacturing, retail, construction, logistics, and professional services. As our project portfolio grows, we are expanding our senior consulting team with experienced Odoo professionals who can lead complex, multi-module implementations independently.
*About the role*
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Odoo ERP Functional Consultant to take ownership of enterprise-level Odoo implementations in Qatar and across the GCC. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant client-facing responsibility — you will be the primary functional authority on projects, guiding clients from requirements through go-live and beyond. The right candidate brings deep cross-module Odoo expertise, strong project management ability, and the gravitas to manage senior stakeholder relationships independently.
*Key responsibilities*
* Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations across multiple modules — independently managing requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
* Serve as the senior functional authority across all core Odoo modules — Accounting & Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & CRM, Purchase, HR & Payroll, and eCommerce.
* Conduct in-depth business process analysis, produce detailed BRDs and functional specifications, and architect Odoo solutions that align tightly with client operations.
* Manage project timelines, delivery milestones, risk mitigation, and client escalations — keeping projects on track across concurrent engagements.
* Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical development team — translating complex business requirements into precise, developer-ready functional specifications.
* Mentor and guide junior consultants on the team, setting functional standards and reviewing their deliverables for quality and accuracy.
* Deliver executive-level client workshops, training sessions, and system demonstrations with confidence and clarity.
* Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, scoping, and effort estimation for new client proposals.
*Requirements*
* 8+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP functional consulting experience — with a portfolio of successfully delivered, full-cycle implementations.
* Deep, cross-module Odoo expertise — Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, Purchase, HR & Payroll, and eCommerce. Must be able to handle any module independently.
* Demonstrated ability to independently manage enterprise-level projects and senior client relationships without close supervision.
* Strong English communication skills — written and spoken. Must be able to present confidently to business owners and C-level stakeholders.
* Experience working with clients across multiple industries — trading, manufacturing, retail, construction, logistics, or professional services.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Must be available to work on-site in Doha, Qatar. Candidates currently based outside Qatar are welcome to apply.
*Preferred qualifications*
* Odoo functional or technical certification (any version — v14, v15, v16, v17).
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
* Prior experience delivering Odoo projects in the GCC or Middle East market.
* Working knowledge of Odoo Studio, Python basics, or API integrations for customisation discussions.
* CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent accounting qualification — an advantage for finance-heavy implementations.
