Department: Operations / Administration

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Helpdesk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities while supporting helpdesk and operational coordination tasks. Experience in logistics or supply chain environments is strongly preferred.

This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Helpdesk Support

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Log, track, and escalate service requests as needed
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

Logistics Support (Preferred Experience)

Assist with shipment tracking and delivery coordination
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams
Support scheduling of deliveries and pickups
Update internal systems with shipment status and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–3 years of experience in reception, administrative, or helpdesk roles
Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation
