Key Tasks
Order & Operations Management
- Daily processing and monitoring of ecommerce orders across all regional WooCommerce sites
- Orders import/export between systems (WooCommerce, inventory management system, CRM)
- Liaising with the logistics team to handle fulfilment exceptions
- Managing order-related customer queries in coordination with the sales team
- Metorik order reporting and operational dashboards
Marketplace Operations (Amazon & Others)
- Shipping management, FBA/FBM monitoring, and resolving fulfilment issues
- Account health monitoring, policy compliance, and case management with Amazon support
- Working alongside the Marketplaces Lead and Amazon freelancer
Inventory Management
- WooCommerce, Amazon, and inventory management system sync checks and testing
- High-level inventory system health checks and ongoing system-functioning oversight
- Coordinating with the internal developer/freelancer on inventory system fixes, sync issues, and issue resolution
Website Management & Technical Ops
- Raising, briefing, and QA-ing website fixes with the web development freelancer
- First-line technical troubleshooting across regional sites (checkout, tracking, plugin issues)
- Monitoring add-to-cart failures and checkout errors across regional sites, and escalating for resolution
- Testing site functionality after updates and deployments
- Regular website health checks across all regional domains (uptime, broken links, plugin status, security, etc.)
- Working closely with the UX/UI team on technical updates and CRO-related fixes across regional sites
Customer Profile & CRM Operations
- Managing online customer profiles and account data within the WooCommerce CRM
- Spam filter configuration, monitoring, and clean-up across customer-facing forms and accounts
- Regular spam, security, and customer data hygiene checks
Cross-departmental Issue Resolution
- Acting as the operational bridge between sales, marketing, design, dev, and external teams
- Owning resolution of technical glitches affecting sales accounts and inter-departmental workflows
- First responder for site and ops issues raised by any internal team
- Tracking and reporting on ecommerce–sales related issues
Ecommerce Merchandising
- Managing product listings, pricing updates, and promotional setups across WooCommerce
- Regular product description QC across all regional sites — accuracy and consistency checks (content team owns production)
- Ensuring product page accuracy, imagery, and content consistency
- Supporting A/B tests and CRO initiatives on key pages and checkout
Customer Reviews & Reputation
- Owning the post-purchase review workflow: gathering customer data, updating contacts in the backend, and triggering review requests on the defined schedule
- Coordinating review collection across regions
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintaining SOPs and handover documentation for all operational processes
- Contributing to weekly reporting and monthly KPIs
Key Requirements
Must-Haves
- 5+ years in ecommerce operations or a senior ecommerce executive role
- Hands-on WooCommerce experience (product management, orders, settings)
- Amazon Seller Central / marketplace operations experience — shipping, account health, and case handling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and order management tools (Metorik or similar)
- Proven ability to coordinate across departments and resolve technical and sales-account issues independently
- Experience managing customer profiles, CRM data hygiene, spam filters, and ongoing website health monitoring
- Strong attention to detail — owns issues end-to-end without handholding
- Strong communicator, comfortable liaising across teams and with external developers/freelancers.
Preferable:
- Experience using Claude or other AI tools for daily work and process automation
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) — enough to brief developers accurately and QA their output
- Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO, or similar)
- Multi-region ecommerce experience
- Experience working with internal inventory systems
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
