Multimedia Designer – Performance Marketing Focus

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Multimedia Designer focused primarily on paid advertising creatives and conversion-focused marketing assets. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms — while still maintaining strong brand consistency and premium visual quality. The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling, motion design, AI-assisted creative workflows, and fast execution speed with a solid understanding of performance marketing principles such as CTR, hook rates, retention, engagement, and conversion-focused creative testing. This is not a traditional social media designer role. The primary focus is performance marketing creatives, ad variations, conversion assets, and scalable creative production workflows.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Creatives
- Design high-converting static and motion creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Create ad creatives optimized for CTR, CVR, engagement, retention, and lead generation.
- Produce multiple ad variations quickly for A/B testing and creative scaling.
- Develop hooks, thumbnails, visual concepts, and short-form ad creatives tailored for performance campaigns.
- Create landing page visuals, banners, email assets, and campaign materials aligned with conversion goals.
Motion Graphics & Video Editing
- Produce short-form video ads, reels, motion graphics, and animated creatives for paid campaigns.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Add transitions, captions, sound design, overlays, animations, and effects that improve watch retention and engagement.
- Optimize creatives across multiple formats including 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9.
Branding & Creative Consistency
- Ensure all performance creatives align with STARTRADER’s global brand identity and premium fintech positioning.
- Balance conversion-focused creative strategies with strong brand consistency.
- Understand how to create direct-response ads without damaging brand perception.
AI-Assisted Creative Production
- Use AI tools effectively to improve creative ideation, workflow speed, and production efficiency.
- Utilize tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Kling, Sora, Veo, HeyGen, or equivalent AI platforms.
- Write strong prompts and leverage AI to accelerate content creation while maintaining high creative quality.
- Stay updated on emerging AI creative tools, trends, and automation workflows.
Collaboration & Workflow Management
- Work closely with performance marketing, social media, product, and regional teams.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deliver fast turnaround times while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative campaign ideas proactively.
Requirements & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, video editing, or performance creative production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid advertising creatives and conversion-focused campaigns.
Advanced skills in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Illustrator
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of:
- Performance marketing creatives
- CTR and CVR optimization

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, pacing, and performance-driven design.
- Familiarity with fintech, trading, or finance industries is a strong advantage.
- Strong AI prompting and AI-assisted content workflow skills are highly preferred.
- Good English communication skills and ability to work with cross-regional teams.
Nice to Have
- Basic 3D design skills using Blender or equivalent software.
- Experience in fintech, forex, CFD, crypto, or trading-related brands.
- Understanding of UGC-style ads and creator-led performance content.
- Experience working in high-volume creative production environments or agencies.
