We are building a strong digital-first brand and looking for creative, data-driven people to help scale our online presence. nagpurmart.in Role Overview We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive / Intern who can help us grow our brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales through digital channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management Create and schedule posts for instagram.com, facebook.com, and linkedin.com Write captions and promotional content Design simple creatives (using canva.com or figma.com) Track engagement and improve content performance 2. Paid Advertising Assist in running and optimizing ads on: facebook.com ads.google.com Monitor ad budgets, CTR, conversions, and ROI Help with audience targeting and retargeting campaigns 3. SEO & Website Growth Basic on-page SEO for product pages and website content Keyword research using tools like ads.google.com Improve organic traffic and search visibility 4. Email & WhatsApp Marketing Create promotional campaigns Customer re-engagement messaging Analyze open rates and conversions 5.
