Full job description

Design. Create. Elevate. Repeat.

If you notice misaligned elements in ads, save great designs for inspiration, and believe typography can make or break a creative, then let's TALK.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to create impactful, modern, and visually compelling designs for GITAM's digital platforms.

What you'll do:

Design social media creatives for university pages, campaigns, events, admissions, achievements, and announcements.
Create engaging carousels, posters, banners, presentations, and digital marketing assets.
Develop clean, structured layouts that align with GITAM's brand identity.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to bring campaigns to life.
Maintain consistency across typography, colors, visual hierarchy, and overall design language.
Stay updated with design trends and suggest fresh creative approaches.

You're a good fit if:

You have 2+ years of graphic design experience.
You have a strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and branding.
You can translate briefs into visually appealing and effective designs.
You can manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
You have a strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, or marketing creatives.

Required Skills & Tools:

Figma
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Canva

Bonus Skills:

Basic motion graphics knowledge using After Effects.
Experience designing for educational institutions, brands, or digital campaigns.
Understanding of social media content and platform-specific design requirements.
Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and workflows.

Type: Full time

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

From admissions campaigns and student success stories to research breakthroughs and university events, your designs will help shape how thousands of students, parents, alumni, and future GITAMites experience the brand.
