Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to the Founder / Managing DirectorQuick Overview & Compensation

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹42,000 per month (Gross)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site / Office-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly trustworthy, organized, and polished Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive operational and secretarial support to our Founder/MD. In the jewelry industry, precision, absolute confidentiality, and high-end presentation are everything. You will act as the MD's right hand—managing high-profile client interactions, tracking valuable inventory movements, coordinating domestic and international trade shows (like IIJS, JAS, or JCK), and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

Elite Client & Buyer Relations: Act as the primary liaison for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), international buyers, and retail partners. Ensure luxury-standard hospitality and communication during office visits.
Exhibition & Trade Show Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international jewelry exhibitions. This includes booth booking support, visual merchandising coordination, travel itineraries, and coordinating secure transit setups for precious cargo.
Inventory & Production Oversight: Assist the MD in tracking high-value inventory items, bespoke/custom orders, and gemstone sourcing timelines. Liaise with the production team and traditional artisans (karigars) to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate the MD’s complex schedule, prioritizing design reviews, client viewings, and vendor meetings. Manage intensive travel plans, ensuring secure transits and accommodations.
Confidential Documentation: Handle sensitive business data including gemstone grading certificates (GIA, IGI), pricing structures, metal weight logs, and highly confidential bespoke designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as an EA, Personal Secretary, or Luxury Store Manager—ideally within the gems, jewelry, luxury retail, or high-end fashion sectors.
Education: Graduate in any stream. A background or certification in Luxury Brand Management, Gemology, or Jewelry Design is a massive advantage.
Communication: Immaculate written and spoken English, paired with fluent Hindi. Ability to interact with international clients with absolute confidence and decorum.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel for tracking inventory and pricing margins) and familiarity with ERP/Jewelry Inventory Management software.
Integrity & Discretion: Highest level of personal integrity and ethics, given constant exposure to high-value assets and intellectual design property.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
