Job Overview

SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Intern to assist the project management team in coordinating tasks, tracking project progress, and supporting the successful delivery of digital projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical experience in project coordination, team collaboration, and digital project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams such as developers, designers, and digital marketing specialists.
Monitor project timelines and update progress reports.
Maintain project documentation and meeting notes.
Support communication between teams and ensure smooth workflow.
Help identify potential project risks or delays and report them to the project manager.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic understanding of project management concepts.
