Full job description

Bal Jyoti Sarabha Public School is a dedicated educational institution committed to excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to handle day-to-day desk operations and general school administration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable sitting at a computer for most of the day, conducting online research, and managing digital records. Please note that this is strictly a non-teaching, administrative role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily computer-based tasks, including data entry, web browsing, and information gathering.
Manage school emails, respond to basic inquiries, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Handle general front-desk duties, including greeting parents and managing admission inquiries.
Draft, format, and print daily school notices, circulars, and correspondence.
Maintain and update student records in the school's database.

Requirements:

Computer Literacy: Must be highly proficient with internet browsing, searching for information online, and basic MS office software.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Strong ability to multitask and keep paperwork perfectly organized.
Preferably a local or nearby resident of Anand Vihar, Phullanwal, Ludhiana.
