Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, hands-on experience with automation frameworks, and the ability to ensure high-quality delivery across applications. Salesforce testing experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for web and enterprise applications

Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing

Develop and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables

Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools

Perform API testing and validate backend services
-
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test suites
-
Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality standards are met

Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA inputs early in the lifecycle

Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications

7–8 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright (or similar)

Experience with programming/scripting languages like: Java / Python / JavaScript

Experience in: Functional, regression, integration, and system testing API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)

Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience in Salesforce testing (Service Cloud / Sales Cloud / Lightning)

Knowledge of automation in Salesforce environments (Provar, Selenium with Lightning)

Exposure to performance or security testing tools

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
