Natural Talent:
We are looking for someone who brings more than technical knowledge – someone who is –
Detail-oriented by nature: You notice what others miss — inconsistencies in drawings, gaps in specifications, mismatches in BoMs – without being prompted.
Deep thinker: You take time to truly understand a system before acting. You ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and think through consequences before committing to a design decision.
Ownership mindset: You treat every project as your own – taking personal accountability for quality, compliance, and outcomes rather than just completing assigned tasks.
Curiosity-driven: You are genuinely interested in how systems work, not just how to design them on paper. You stay updated, dig deeper, and bring insight beyond the obvious.
Calm under complexity: Industrial projects are rarely straightforward. You thrive in ambiguity, organise your thinking clearly, and deliver structured outputs even in demanding situations.
