Technician – Two-Wheeler Automobile Industry

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our two-wheeler service team. The technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles and scooters while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of two-wheelers.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in motorcycles and scooters.
Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems.
Conduct engine tuning, brake inspection, suspension checks, and electrical repairs.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
Ensure vehicles are serviced according to company standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain accurate service records and job cards.
Test ride vehicles after repair to ensure proper functioning.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop.
Coordinate with service advisors and spare parts departments for smooth workflow.
Keep updated with latest two-wheeler technologies and service techniques.

Required Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related technical field.
Certification in two-wheeler servicing is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in motorcycles and scooters.

Knowledge of two-wheeler engine systems
Electrical and diagnostic skills

Teamwork and communication skills

Experience

1–3 years of experience in two-wheeler servicing or repair preferred.
Freshers with technical training may also apply.
