We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead enterprise-scale SPM implementations, define solution architecture, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end SPM architecture design.
- Define enterprise portfolio structure, governance framework, and data model.
- Conduct design workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
- Translate business strategy into SPM capability roadmap.
Implementation Leadership
- Oversee solution build, integration, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and functional consultants.
- Ensure architectural alignment with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules.
- Drive financial planning and capital investment alignment.
Governance & Best Practices
- Establish platform governance standards.
- Ensure scalability, compliance, and security controls.
- Define KPIs, reporting strategy, and executive dashboards.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with C-level executives, PMO leaders, and finance stakeholders.
- Present architectural designs and solution roadmaps.
- Lead steering committee meetings when required.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- 4+ years of SPM implementation leadership.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale SPM programs.
- Strong understanding of financial governance & portfolio optimization.
Certifications
- CSA – Mandatory
- CIS-SPM – Mandatory
- CTA – Highly Preferred
