What We Expect From You :
- Strong understanding of search engine systems, ranking signals, and query processing
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO, structured data, and indexing control
- Deep familiarity with AI search behaviour including answer engines and generative searchsystems
- Ability to translate search intent into high-performing content frameworks
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, log analyzers, and keyword intelligence platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on-page optimization
- Proven ability to improve rankings, CTR, and organic conversions
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
- Understanding of local SEO signals and geographic targeting strategies
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work across content, development, and marketing teams
What You Must Have:
- Build and execute search strategies across traditional search, AI answer engines, and generative platforms
- Optimize content for answer generation, featured snippets, and AI summaries using entity mapping and structured data
- Perform query intent modeling across commercial, transactional, and local searches to capture high-value traffic
- Implement schema markup, internal linking frameworks, and information architecture that improves crawl efficiency and answer visibility
- Analyze search console, log files, and behavioral data to identify ranking gaps and indexing issues
- Engineer content that aligns with search quality guidelines including expertise, authority, and trust signals
- Reverse-engineer competitor strategies using SERP pattern analysis and patent-driven insights
- Collaborate with developers on technical SEO including site speed, rendering, indexing control, and crawl budget optimization
- Continuously test titles, meta descriptions, and on-page elements to improve CTR andengagement signals
- Track performance across organic search, AI-driven traffic sources, and conversion paths
