Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage multiple technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing projects related to WordPress, Shopify, and Go High Level (GHL) platforms, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for web and mobile development projects, including platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and GHL etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to define project scope and goals.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular status meetings, sprint reviews, and provide updates to internal teams and clients.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project to track progress.
- Continuously optimize project delivery processes and implement best practices for improved efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative, proactive, and results-driven team environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a web and mobile app.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience managing WordPress, Shopify, and Go High Level (GHL) based projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proficient in using one of the project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
