POST-QA & QC
QUALIFICATION- GRADUATE IN ENGINEERING WITH MINIMUM 12 YEARS TOTAL EXPERIENCE AND 5-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN THE ROLE OF QA & QC MANAGER IN THE EXECUTION OF TVS AND VAC WORKS IN UNDERGROUND METRO STATIONS.
KEY ROLES AND RESPOSIBILIES
Ø Prepare and Implement Project Quality plan (PQP) and verify contractor follow up.
Ø Establish Internal audit with all project stakeholders as per approved PQP periodically.
Ø Conduct weekly meetings with site team to discuss site related issues, Open QORs and NCRs.
Ø Conduct weekly KPI meetings with QA/ QC Engineers todiscuss
weekly KPI critical issues and Quality control requirements.
Ø Conduct weekly KPI meetings with QA/ QC Engineers to discuss weekly KPI critical issues and Quality control requirements.
Ø Ensure all documents submissions tracker log for all correspondences are present during weekly KPI meetings to verify the status of submissions including Shop drawings, Submittals, WIR, MIR, SAF, MAF etc are under control without delays by QA/ QC Engineers.
Ø Monitor all technical submissions including material submittals, Shop drawings, RFI etc status and follow up with M/s Silverstone.
Ø Develop Method statement including ITP checklist of all MEP activities for both Installation and Testing & Commissioning and ensure Contractor follows accordingly.
Ø Attend Mockup site walks with all Key stakeholders.
Ø Attend Weekly standup meeting to monitor site progress and follow up.
Ø Prepare the Shop drawing & Material submittal schedule and ensure Contractor follow up during weekly meetings.
Ø Coordinate with site team to submit T&C plan for all MEP activities and follow up accordingly.
Ø Verify The Closeout documents comply as per approved PQP and meet FM team / Owners’ association requirements for O&M manuals, Warranty certify cates, Spare parts, Asset registers etc.
Ø Verify the T&C activities are approved by QA/QC Engr/ Consultant to ensure MEP systems are ready for FM team training and notify site team to arrange schedule for each MEP system training for proper handover.
Ø Notify Site team to conduct mockup inspections along with ID/ ED team involvement for their input and to enhance Quality requirements.
Ø Verify all requirements and Inspections are done to ensure Authorities Inspection readiness.
Ø Co-ordinate with CRM team for ats handing over based on priority and amenities handing over.
Ø Manage and lead calculation, design and supervision procedures for Electrical from initiation through successful completion in high-rise, residential, projects, including HVAC, Ductwork, Fire Fighting piping, one-line diagrams, lighting, power supply, etc.,

Responsible for budget management, sub-contracts, material take-off, procurement of equipment and on-time delivery and execution of all relevant tasks for the assigned projects,
Ø Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects,
Ø As lead Electrical/HVAC design and execution coordinate with other disciplines including civil, electrical, architectural, structural and
Ø Instrumentation engineers in both design and execution stages to update construction documents and maintain the quality and on-time delivery of the projects,

Manage weekly technical meetings with sub-contractors to reduce project delays and increase the equality of execution works, Provide detailed and cost estimates through all stages of design and build and issue purchase orders
Ø Work with PM staff to meet scheduled project milestones,
Ø Worked closely with daily interactions and weekly/monthly managerial and technical meetings to address and resolve existing problems/ critical issues and ensure on-time delivery of tasks and projects within their scope and budget,
Ø Creating and documenting all related documents, reports and processes using Microsoft Office software solutions,
Ø Use of engineering and design computer software (Auto Cad) to complete Electrical/HVAC systems design, MEP/HVAC drawings and flow diagram and equipment specifications,
Ø Provide technical/engineering input for estimation’s, cost analysis and quotations in bidding tenders and RFPs, procurement and
Ø Execution costs, equipment inquiries, fee breakdown tables, overhead analysis, etc.,
Ø Organize sub-contractors’ quotations and negotiate to ensure quotes meet contract targets,
Ø Prepare change orders and formulate cost break down for new tasks,
Ø Specifically, responsible for design, engineering, procurement and construction for all MEP/HVAC and Infrastructure utility works and assignments
Ø Optimizing existing design off a brocaded components
Ø Involved in preparation of panel designing, Detailing, Bill of Materials, Cost Estimation and site survey.
Ø Preparing the B.O.Q as per layout and arrange the design/drawings as per client and consultant specification
