Job Description – HR Executive

Position: HR Executive

Industry: Events & Hospitality
Department: Human Resources
Location: Rohini, New Delhi
Reporting To: MD

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to support the human resources functions of our event company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance management, payroll support, and maintaining employee engagement for event operations and corporate staff.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for event staff, coordinators, promoters, and corporate employees.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
Assist in payroll inputs, overtime records, and compliance documentation.
Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes when required.
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
Support employee engagement activities, training, and performance evaluations.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment status updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and team management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in events, hospitality, or service industry.
Preferred Qualities
Flexible to work during events and weekends when required.
Presentable personality with professional conduct.
Ability to handle bulk hiring and event staffing efficiently.

Salary

As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
