Full Stack Developer (ERP / CRM / SaaS Platform)

About Us

Plus UAE Group is a leading business setup, PRO services, and compliance solutions provider in Abu Dhabi. We are developing a next-generation client portal (ERP + CRM + Compliance SaaS platform) designed to replace traditional PRO and typing center services through automation, real-time tracking, and centralized business management.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms involving complex workflows, automation, and multi-user environments.

You will play a key role in developing a scalable, high-performance system that supports thousands of companies and users.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end-to-end ERP/CRM system architecture
Build a centralized dashboard showing:
What is pending
What is completed
What is delayed
Who is responsible
What action is required
Implement workflow automation:
Task assignments
Follow-ups
Approval flows
Escalations
Create real-time notification system:
Email
WhatsApp
In-app alerts
Develop role-based access control (RBAC)
Build and integrate modules:
Client & Company Management
Document & Compliance Tracking
Passes & Permits
Billing & Payment Tracking
Tender & Project Management
Ensure system supports high concurrency (10,000+ users)
Develop secure APIs and third-party integrations
Optimize performance, scalability, and database structure
Maintain clean, minimal, user-friendly UI (single-screen concept)

Required Skills

Strong experience in Full Stack Development
Frontend: React.js / Vue.js / Angular
Backend: Node.js / Python / PHP / .NET
Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
Experience in:
ERP or CRM systems
SaaS platform development
Workflow automation systems
Role-based user management
Knowledge of:
REST APIs
Cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure)
System performance optimization

Preferred Experience

Experience building:
Business automation platforms
Compliance or process-driven systems
Understanding of:
Government-related workflows
Licensing and documentation systems
Industrial or B2B service platforms
