Job Summary:
Applies developing business process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Manages small portions of well defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.

Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines. Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.

Role Summary
Project Coordinator (Manufacturing) responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking manufacturing projects to ensure timely execution, productivity improvement, and adherence to quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate manufacturing projects, new line setup, and process improvements
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor production KPIs (OEE, productivity, cycle time, RFT)
- Drive cross-functional coordination (Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance)
- Identify risks and ensure timely closure of action items
- Support process implementation and validation (NPI / line ramp-up)
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project updates
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen)
