Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Integration Specialist II to lead customer integration and implementation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with customers, project managers, internal development teams and third-party consultants to design, configure and deploy integrations between our platform and customers' ERP and business systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise in system integrations, data mapping, troubleshooting and customer-facing implementation activities.
Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end integration implementation projects for customers.

Collaborate with customers and third-party consultants to define integration requirements and data exchange formats.

Design, document and implement data mapping standards based on customer business processes and operational requirements.

Configure and deploy integrations between the platform and ERP/business systems.

Manage integration timelines and coordinate project activities alongside Implementation Specialists.

Conduct customer training sessions on integration functionality and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues during implementation and post-deployment support.

Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for integration-related issues within designated market segments.

Work closely with development and product teams to identify, escalate and resolve technical challenges.

Provide cross-functional knowledge sharing, documentation and training to internal teams.

Analyze implementation risks, identify potential roadblocks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Ensure high-quality integration delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline preferred.

Associate degree required; equivalent professional experience or relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.

4+ years of experience in software implementation, system integration, or related technical roles.

Experience integrating enterprise applications, ERP systems, or business software platforms.

Strong understanding of data exchange, data transformation and integration methodologies.

Hands-on experience with scripting, data manipulation and data management tools.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and customer engagements simultaneously.
Must have skills:

Hands-on experience with ERP integrations (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP).

Strong data mapping, transformation and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with scripting, data management and customer-facing implementations.
Good to have skills:

EDI integration and standardized data exchange experience.

API, SQL and database integration knowledge.

Experience with shipping, logistics, or supply chain systems.

Exposure to middleware platforms and Tier 2 support processes.
