Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Website Developer & ERP Software Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise web applications and ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack development, ERP module development, database management, API integration, and system architecture. The role requires delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic websites and web applications.
- Build custom web portals and business applications based on organizational requirements.
- Optimize website performance, security, SEO, and user experience.
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to websites and applications.
- Manage website deployment, hosting, backups, and maintenance.
ERP Software Development
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain ERP software and modules.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Develop and enhance modules such as:
- Finance & Accounts
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Sales & Purchase
- Production & Manufacturing
- Human Resources & Payroll
- CRM & Customer Management
- Asset Management
- Create dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics tools.
- Perform ERP testing, debugging, upgrades, and user support.
Software Development
- Develop scalable full-stack applications using modern programming frameworks.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless system integration.
- Design reusable and maintainable code following best practices.
- Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and external systems.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation.
Database Management
- Design and manage relational and non-relational databases.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database functions.
- Ensure data integrity, backup, recovery, and performance optimization.
- Monitor and troubleshoot database-related issues.
System Integration & Automation
- Integrate ERP software with websites, mobile applications, accounting systems, and external APIs.
- Automate business workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop secure data exchange mechanisms between systems.
Security & Quality Assurance
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
- Ensure application security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Maintain version control and deployment pipelines.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with business users, management, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and Agile/Scrum activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and deployment guides.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in website development and ERP software development.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in enterprise application development and deployment.
