We are looking for Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager in Payroll and Talent Acquisition. We located at Andheri east .
Website -

1. Recruitment Management

Recruitment Data base Management – To encourage the Employee Referral Scheme.
Manage the relationship with Job Portals as per SLA and explore better synergy.

2. Talent Acquisition Process

Responsibility for full recruitment life cycle across all functions as per SOP and TAT.
Ensure the team implements the Recruitment Plan as per the Annual Operating Plan.
Ensure that the Job Requisition Forms are completed for all positions sourced – New/Replacements.
Sourcing candidates through Internal Job Postings and evaluating Function/Region Transfer options.
Sourcing candidates across Recruitment Database, Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals, Job Fairs, Campus interviews etc.
Conducting competency based interviews either through VC/Telephone/In-Person interactions.
Offer Management including Negotiation, Reference Check, Background Verification and Relationship Management.

3.Interview skills – Training and Empanelment.

Execute the On-boarding process within the organization – Organization, Functional or Region level as per guidelines received from the Learning & Development.

4.Payroll Input Management:

Collect, verify, and validate input data: attendance, leave data, new joiners, exits, LOPs, bonuses, shift allowances, incentives, reimbursements, etc. Also manage retroactive pay, salary revisions, and one-time payments.

5. Payroll Processing & Validation:

Process monthly Payroll, Perform salary computation, reconciliation, variance analysis. Ensure accuracy of earnings, deductions, and net pay & validate outputs such as salary register, bank file, payslips, etc.

6. Statutory Compliance & Deductions:

Calculate and process statutory deductions: PF, ESI, PT, AT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus. Generate and file challans/returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

7. Audit, Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare monthly and ad-hoc payroll MIS reports: salary registers, cost summaries, liability statements. Handle internal, statutory, and external payroll audits (PF, PT, ESIC, Income Tax). Maintain audit-ready documentation: registers, challans, returns, and employee records.

8. Process Improvement & Automation:

Work closely with HR teams to automate and improve payroll workflows. Assist in payroll system setup, integration, and testing for new clients. Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks for each payroll cycle.

Additional Responsibilities:

Support HR Team as needed, including Onboarding, Employee Data Management, Exit Formalities, Documentation & Filing, HRMS administration, Handle any other responsibilities as directed by management related to payroll or broader HR operations.

Required Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

· Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially in Ms. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

· Proficiency with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, and Other Job Portals).

Knowledge of Payroll software- HRMS / Hands on experience for Senior position.

· A strong network of industry contacts and understanding of talent trends in your sector.

· Strong ability to navigate challenging recruitment situations, including difficult hiring manager requests or candidate objections.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive candidate and employee information.

Qualifications:

· BCOM / BSC / MBA in HR from reputed B-School or College. ( BA / MA candidates excused)

(Labour law certification will be add -on)
