Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel, and event schedules.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Ensure all commitments, deadlines, and follow-ups are tracked and executed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and priorities.
- Act as a gatekeeper and point of coordination for meetings and engagements.
- Communication & Correspondence
- Draft professional emails, messages, invitations, and business communications.
- Liaise with corporate clients, event organizers, media, partners, government offices, and VIP contacts.
- Maintain impeccable communication standards and etiquette at all times.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Office & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Coordinate vendors, service providers, consultants, and support staff.
- Maintain records, agreements, invoices, payments, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of multiple business activities.
Event & Project Coordination
- Coordinate workshops, retreats, speaking engagements, media appearances, and corporate programs.
- Assist with book launches, PR activities, social events, and special projects.
- Track action items and ensure execution without constant supervision.
- Personal Assistance
- Assist with select personal appointments, schedules, travel logistics, and lifestyle management.
- Coordinate family-related administrative requirements when necessary.
Ideal Candidate
- 25–40 years of age.
- Exceptional spoken and written English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Smart, intuitive, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, confident, and professional.
- Able to interact comfortably with senior executives, celebrities, diplomats, HNIs, and corporate leaders.
- Strong etiquette, manners, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendars, task-management tools, and AI tools.
- Able to work independently and take ownership.
