Job Description: Flutter Developer (Contractual – 3 to 5 Months)

Position: Flutter Developer
Employment Type: Contractual (3 to 5 Months)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 2+ Years (Preferred)
Joining: Immediate or Short Notice Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Flutter Developer to join our team on a contractual basis for a period of 3 to 5 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter while collaborating closely with designers, product teams, and backend developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance applications for Android and iOS platforms.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and best development practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain application security, reliability, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Strong experience in Flutter and Dart development.
Experience in developing and deploying applications on Android and iOS platforms.
Knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party integrations.
Understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics, etc.).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to app store publishing and maintenance.

Contract Duration

3 to 5 Months
Possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.
