Jeevan Rekha Hospital is a NABH-certified, 220-bed tertiary care multi-speciality hospital dedicated to delivering quality healthcare services. We are seeking a skilled and responsible X-Ray Technician to join our Radiology Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Prepare and position patients correctly for radiographic examinations.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment according to established protocols.
- Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection control practices.
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate imaging records.
- Assist radiologists and consultants in diagnostic procedures when required.
- Ensure image quality standards are maintained for accurate diagnosis.
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Adhere to NABH standards and hospital policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Radiology, Medical Imaging Technology, or X-Ray Technology from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate council, if applicable.
- Knowledge of radiation protection and imaging protocols.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a hospital or diagnostic center will be preferred.
