Full job description

SAP BASIS Consultant with expertise in SAP administration, system upgrades, transport management, security configurations, Solution Manager, and production support, backed by strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

SAP BASIS Administration experience supporting SAP ECC, BW, SRM, SolMan, and S/4HANA environments.
Hands-on experience with SAP databases (HANA, Oracle, IBM DB2, Sybase ASE, MySQL) and SAP system installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
Expertise in SAP RISE, cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP), on-premises to cloud transformations, and hybrid SAP architectures.
Strong experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2, EWA analysis, incident management (P1/P2), performance tuning, and production support.
Knowledge of Linux/RHEL/AIX, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), SFTP setup, SAP security, SSO, and Cloud Connector.
Understanding of ITIL processes, SoX compliance, audit controls, technical governance, SOP documentation, and 24x7 support operations.
Exposure to SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, user onboarding, subaccount management, integrations, and cloud innovation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

SAP BASIS Architect & BTP Architect with 7–12 years of experience
SAP Basis Administration: Monitoring, Landscape & Transport Management, Client Copy/Refresh, License Management
SAP Kernel Maintenance, Patch Management, Upgrades & Installations
SAP Security, SSO, and SAP Router Administration
HA/DR Setup and Strong Troubleshooting Skills
Ability to work in global environments and drive issue resolution independently

Nice-to-Have Skills

SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, and Cloud Connector
Cloud-Hosted BTP Applications
Automation and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Knowledge Management, Documentation, and Best Practices Sharing
