Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios using JMeter, Performance Center, and other relevant tools
Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, and other performance monitoring and profiling tools
Utilize scripting (Protocols) and programming skills in Java to create and maintain performance test scripts
Utilize Mongo DB, Dynatrace, and SQL to perform database tuning and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for performance testing
Conduct UI, Batch, API performance testing and ensure seamless integration with the overall architecture
Utilize Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs for performance testing in a distributed environment
Apply performance testing methodologies and best practices to identify performance bottlenecks and suggest optimizations
Collaborate with the development team to implement performance improvements, including Shift Left Testing
Communicate test results, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing, cloud technologies, and architectures
Basic, structured, standard approach to work
Pro-actively identifies patterns in issues and research root-cause to improve overall quality
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of overall experience preferably in a software development or IT environment.
4+ years of testing experience
3+ years of experience in performance testing
Proficiency in JMeter, LoadRunner, Performance Center, Grafana, Splunk, Java, Oracle DB, Mongo DB, Dynatrace, scripting (Protocols), cypress, Playwright and SQL
Solid knowledge of performance testing methodologies, best practices, and performance monitoring and profiling tools
Familiarity with UI, Batch & API (JSON) testing, performance tuning, and optimization techniques
Understanding of architectural principles and cloud technologies
Proven excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Familiarity with Shift Left Testing and Agile methodologies
