Job Title: GenAI Architect
Location: India
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on GenAI Architect to design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions for our organization and clients. This role is pivotal in advancing innovation within the Healthcare AI Club by leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will architect secure, compliant, and scalable AI systems using Google Cloud and modern AI frameworks to transform healthcare delivery and operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Design
- Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Architect AI-powered platforms using Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI.
- Design APIs, microservices, and distributed systems leveraging Python and FastAPI.
- Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure Responsible AI, scalability, interoperability, and reliability in all solutions.
2. Development & Implementation
- Design and develop AI-driven applications and enterprise-grade services.
- Build and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents into healthcare workflows.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multimodal AI solutions.
- Utilize frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.
3. Cloud, Data & Infrastructure
- Architect and deploy cloud-native AI solutions on Google Cloud.
- Leverage services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, GKE, and Cloud Storage.
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.
- Design secure data pipelines aligned with healthcare standards.
4. Healthcare AI & Compliance
- Design AI solutions tailored for clinical, operational, and patient engagement use cases.
- Ensure compliance with global healthcare and data privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
- Implement secure, ethical, and explainable AI systems.
- Enable interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
5. Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a technical leader and architect within the Healthcare AI Club.
- Mentor engineers, data scientists, and AI practitioners.
- Collaborate with product managers, domain experts, and clients to deliver impactful solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance, technical roadmaps, and innovation strategies.
6. Innovation & Research
- Stay ahead of advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and multimodal systems.
- Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and research trends.
- Drive thought leadership through prototypes, whitepapers, and innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development, cloud architecture, or AI engineering.
- Proven expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems.
