The Content Writer creates content that educates, builds trust, and supports revenue growth. This role goes beyond “writing blogs.” You’ll craft content that fuels demand generation, supports sales conversations, and positions Kollecta as a credible, expert-led brand.

- Write high-quality content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy
- Develop long-form assets such as whitepapers, guides, playbooks, and thought leadership articles
- Translate complex business, product, or industry topics into clear, compelling narratives
- Create content aligned to funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
- Support lead generation campaigns with gated content and nurture emails
- Write sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and FAQs
- Write SEO-optimized content based on keyword research and search intent
- Optimize existing content for performance, clarity, and conversion
- Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to improve organic visibility
- Maintain Kollecta’s brand voice across all written assets
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning
- Adapt content style for different formats and audiences (buyers, partners, internal teams)
- Work closely with marketing managers, designers, and subject-matter experts
- Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly and thoughtfully
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple content requests without losing quality
- Content output and on-time delivery
- Engagement metrics (time on page, scroll depth, CTR)
- Organic traffic growth and keyword rankings
- Content contribution to lead generation and pipeline
- Sales adoption of content assets
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B content writing (services, SaaS, or enterprise preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to write for different formats, audiences, and funnel stages
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience writing for B2B services, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise audiences
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress or similar)
- Experience with AI writing tools for research or first drafts (human judgment still required)
- Ability to interpret briefs and turn them into compelling narratives
