STRATEGY MARKETPLACE - Our Marketplace
offers a suite of pre-tested and validated portfolios from
some of the most trusted and renowned global investment
managers. The service allows for a plug-and-play capability
for banks and financial institutions to leverage the most
effective strategies that address the varied investment
needs of their client groups.
You will drive engineering strategy and vision for one of the
key product verticals of the WeInvest platform and oversee its
development and management. You’ll work directly with the Head
of Engineering and Head of Product Management. You will play a
key role in architecting & designing the platform from the
ground up, hiring the core engineering team, business planning
& budgeting and end-to-end oversight of product technology and
operations. You will show hustle, take ownership and help
foster a high-energy, high-performance culture. This position
is based out of Bangalore, India.

Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts
like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP etc.

Excellent logical, analytical reasoning and problem solving
capabilities.

Hands on in at least one programming language like Ruby,
Java, Python [We prefer ruby on rails with experience in
Rspec, Factory-girl, Bootstrap, jQuery etc].

Must have experience working in a team building
multi-thread, customer facing Internet applications.

- An understanding of business Module.
- Working closely with analysts, designers and staff.
- Masters /BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute

About 2-6 years professional experience in software
development.

Expert in Ruby on Rails or from
FinTech/Investment Management/Wealth Management domain
(Java/Python/Ruby).

multi-tiered, customer facing Internet applications.

Experience working in an agile team with software
engineering practices like automated testing,
test-driven-development, continuous integration etc is a big
plus.
