Full job description

We are looking for an HR Executive to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Moreover, an ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position holds an academic HR background.

Responsible for overall quality system in HR department
Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments
Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates
Office Attendance Followups.
Monitor Field staff
Tele-phone Handling
Maintain the CRM database of the company and develop effective working relationships with clients.
Follow ups, Competition Analysis, discussion with offshore clients, Generating Business, Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients, preparing various presentations.
Support our marketing team in Office to generate leads.

Responsibilities and Duties

Reports to the Management
Coordinate with Marketing Team
Coordinate with Distributors
Coordinating Leave Applications and Attendance
Achieving Business Targets

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Pleasing personality
Professional Attitude
Strong communication Skills and the ability to fluently communicate in English. Both verbal and written
A degree in a business related courses like Business Administration and Business Management.
Must have Good Knowledge of IT / Web / Mobile Methodologies.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
