About the Role –Junior Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team and work on customer-facing products. This role offers hands-on exposure to both frontend and backend development while collaborating closely with experienced developers in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will contribute to new feature development, system maintenance, and continuous improvement of our platforms while strengthening your fullstack skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS
Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js
Design and integrate RESTful APIs and assist with GraphQL-based services
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data management and optimization
Implement basic caching strategies using Redis
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
Write and maintain unit tests using Vitest and React Testing Library
Learn and work with specialized libraries such as React Flow and Fabric.js
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality product features

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (basic TypeScript knowledge preferred)
Understanding of React.js, hooks, state management (Redux / Context API)
Basic backend knowledge with Node.js and Express.js
Familiarity with REST APIs and database concepts
Understanding of SQL vs NoSQL databases
Working knowledge of Git and version control workflows
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Basic understanding of testing practices and code quality standards
