About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead/Architect with 10+ years of expertise to drive end-to-end architecture, solution design, and large-scale implementation of our cloud-native Broker Portal platform. This role combines strategic architectural thinking with hands-on development excellence, requiring you to design complex systems while actively contributing to enterprise-scale implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise-grade broker portal platforms
- Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures with RESTful APIs
- Develop robust backend solutions using Golang with a focus on performance and reliability
- Build responsive, user-centric frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging containerization and orchestration technologies
- Ensure system scalability, fault tolerance, and distributed systems best practices
- Mentor and guide development teams on architectural decisions and technical standards
- Oversee database design and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL environments
- Drive large-scale program delivery from conception through production deployment
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of full stack development experience with demonstrated expertise in architecture and system design
- Proven track record as a Lead/Architect delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions end-to-end
- Expert-level proficiency in Golang backend development with production experience
- Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js frontend architecture and development
- Deep experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
- Extensive cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability patterns, and fault tolerance mechanisms
- Solid experience with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies and optimization
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial services or broker-related platforms
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with gRPC, message queues, or event-driven architectures
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Background in system performance optimization and monitoring
