About Us
Suha Digitech is a premier technology and educational institution and a proud member of the Suha Group, an international conglomerate with a diversified portfolio spanning the UAE and India. Leveraging the group’s global expertise in hospitality, investment, and tech, Suha Digitech provides industry-leading training in AI, Full-Stack Development, and Digital Marketing. Following our successful operations in Nilambur, we are now launching our flagship Boutique Professional Institute in Ernakulam (Kochi). This new facility is designed to bridge the gap between academic qualifications and global industry standards. We are currently seeking driven, high-caliber professionals to join our founding Ernakulam team and help shape a new benchmark for professional education in Kerala.
Role Overview
You will be the person who takes a student from “I don't know coding” to “I built a working project in Python.” Whether they are a complete beginner or someone brushing up for a job switch, you'll guide them through concepts, clear their doubts, and make sure they leave the classroom with real, usable skills. This is not a lecture-only role — we expect you to code live, give hands-on exercises, help debug errors patiently, and mentor students beyond the syllabus when they show ambition.
What You’ll Do
Classroom & Lab Training
- Conduct in-person training sessions at our Kochi campus covering Python from basics to advanced — data types, control flow, functions, OOP, file handling, exception handling, and commonly used libraries.
- Depending on the batch, you may also teach Python for web development (Django or Flask basics, REST API concepts, connecting to a database) or Python for data science (NumPy, Pandas, basic visualisation).
- Take lab sessions where students write code, break it, and fix it. Walk around, look at their screens, and help them think, not just copy-paste.
Curriculum & Content Development
- Develop or customise training materials — slide decks, code notebooks, practice exercises, mini-project briefs, and assignments.
- Design short, practical projects that mirror real-world use cases: a simple web scraper, a CRUD app, a basic data analysis on a CSV file, an automation script.
- Keep the curriculum updated with Python trends and job market demands.
Student Mentoring & Assessment
- Conduct periodic quizzes, coding tests, and project evaluations. Provide honest, constructive feedback.
- Offer doubt-clearing sessions — before class, after class, or via a student group — without rushing.
- Mentorship support to motivated students on what to learn next, how to build a portfolio, and how to prepare for Python-related job interviews.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager or Business Development Executive if a prospective student wants a short demo or technical clarity before enrolling.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Strong, demonstrable Python skills — you can write clean, logical code and explain the “why” behind it, not just the syntax.
- Ability to teach in Malayalam and English — switching comfortably so every student follows.
- Patience and a genuine interest in seeing others learn.
- Comfortable with at least one additional area: web frameworks (Django/Flask), data analysis libraries, or basics of AI/ML concepts.
- Good presentation and communication skills — you can hold a room, draw diagrams on the board, and keep a three-hour session engaging.
Good to Have
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript (if you'll handle full-stack Python batches).
- Any industry projects that you can show and say “I built this, and I can teach you how.”
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related stream (not a dealbreaker if skills are solid).
What We Offer
- Fixed monthly salary based on technical depth and teaching experience
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Your day includes teaching hours, lab monitoring, and prep time.
- A supportive academic environment — you're not just a “trainer”, you're a valued faculty member whose input shapes the course.
- Opportunity to grow into a Senior Faculty or Academic Head role as we add more technology courses.
If you love Python and can make others love it too, we would love to talk to you.
