Job Summary

We are seeking a well-presented and organized Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. The role requires strong communication skills along with mandatory proficiency in computer operations and MS Office to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, residents, and clients in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect as required
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front desk registers
Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and filing
Prepare reports, letters, and records using MS Excel, Word, and email systems
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and operations
Manage office supplies and maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Support maintenance/admin team in documentation and coordination tasks
Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward records

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in front desk/reception/admin role
Mandatory: Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Presentable personality with a professional attitude
