About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Website Designer & Developer to join our Kochi office. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, managing, and maintaining professional websites for legal, corporate, media, technology, consulting, and business-related projects.
The candidate should possess strong design aesthetics along with practical web development skills to create modern, responsive, user-friendly, and conversion-focused websites.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Design & Development
- Design and develop modern, responsive, and mobile-friendly websites.
- Create visually appealing layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces.
- Build and maintain websites using WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Develop websites for corporate, legal, e-commerce, media, and business projects.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and user experience.
- Implement responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Website Management & Maintenance
- Manage website updates, content uploads, backups, and security.
- Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain hosting, domain, SSL, and related website infrastructure.
- Ensure website functionality and uptime.
UI/UX & Creative Design
- Design intuitive user experiences and website structures.
- Create wireframes, mockups, banners, icons, graphics, and web assets.
- Improve website navigation, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital properties.
SEO & Digital Optimization
- Implement basic on-page SEO practices.
- Optimize website speed and search engine visibility.
- Integrate analytics, tracking tools, forms, and lead-generation systems.
- Support digital marketing initiatives through website optimization.
Technical Integration
- Integrate payment gateways, CRM systems, forms, APIs, and third-party tools where required.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, design, and management teams.
- Support future web-based products and internal systems.
