About Signeasy
Contracts run businesses. We are unlocking the intelligence inside them.
Signeasy began fifteen years ago with a simple idea: document signing should be effortless. That idea helped the world go paperless. Today, more than 48,000 businesses worldwide trust Signeasy, and over 100 million contracts have been signed on our platform. Our products are rated 4.7/5 on G2 and Capterra, have earned Apple’s Editor’s Choice, and have been recognized on the global stage by Apple, Google, and Microsoft. But signatures were only the beginning.
Contracts define revenue, risk, compliance, and growth. Yet in most companies they remain scattered across systems, frozen in PDFs, and forgotten after execution. We believe contracts are one of the most valuable — and most neglected — data assets in a business.
2025 marked our inflection point. While others continued to treat contracts as paperwork, we started turning them into living, searchable, intelligent systems of record. We shipped over 250 product releases, achieved 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and built the foundation for Intelligent Contract Management.
2026 will be our biggest year yet. With the launch of Intelligent Contract Management, we are going to market with an AI-powered contract management platform built for modern teams who expect more than storage, signatures, or status quo software.
This is the moment. And this is the team building it — a Great Place To Work certified company, made with love in Bangalore and Dallas. If you want to help shape the future of contracts with us, read on.

The Core Mandate
This Founder's Office in this role is essentially an internal transformation agent — not building AI products, but rewiring how the company operates using AI.
Key Focus Areas
1. Workflow Audit & AI Opportunity Mapping
Map every repeatable, high-volume internal process
Identify where AI can augment, accelerate or replace the task
Prioritize by ROI and implementation effort
Expected areas for quick wins: Support, CX, Marketing, GTM ops, Finance
2. Tool Consolidation & AI Stack Design
Pre-AI orgs typically run 30–50 fragmented SaaS tools
Rationalize the stack around AI-native alternatives
Build the connective tissue (MCP, APIs, automations) between systems
3. Prompt & Process Institutionalization
Turn tribal knowledge into structured, AI-ready workflows and skills
Build internal prompt libraries, SOPs, and playbooks
Make institutional knowledge retrievable by AI, not just humans
4. Change Management & Adoption
5. Measurement
Define productivity baselines before and after deployment
Track time saved, headcount leverage, and output quality
Report to the founder/board in business terms, not tech terms
6. Hiring Bar Reset
Redefine job roles and responsibilities across functions for AI fluency
The right question: does this person think in systems, not just use AI tools?
6. Drive execution cadence & leader accountability
Run monthly AI Council readout (1-page: wins, value delivered, blockers, laggards, decisions needed).
Publish transparent performance views (leader scorecards, top wins, laggards) in a constructive manner.

The Hardest Part
It's not the technology — it's organizational inertia. People protect their workflows because workflows = job security in their minds. Create an environment to assure peace of mind and support them to reimagine their functions in AI-native era. The only goal here is figuring out new ways of working and new ways to contribute that will get the value delivered to our customers in the most efficient and effective manner. The best CoAI practitioners are as much organizational psychologists as they are AI practitioners.
Key Success Factors
Start with high-visibility, low-risk wins to build credibility
Always frame in business outcomes, not AI capabilities
Get a sponsor at the leadership level before starting
Don't boil the ocean — focus beats breadth in the first 90 days
Document everything: before/after, time saved, errors reduced
Key Outcomes
MCP Connector Stack — Wire every queryable Figment system (property management, CRM, project management, drive, accounting, banking) into a unified agent-accessible layer.
